Cancellation and Returns

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order of the device within 60 days from the day you receive your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by email within the 60-day period.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us at support@ultrazeen.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the goods.

Returns:

If you cancel your order of the Allura Pen or TripleLift Pro, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
