Cancellation and Returns

Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 60 days from the day you receive your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by email within the 60-day period.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us at support@ultrazeen.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the goods.

Returns:

- For the Allura Pen: If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

- For the Ultimate Aftercare Set: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of this product if it remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
